Per Dave Grohl, we need to keep our s--t together in order to survive in this universe full of life.

Just keep your shit together; works wonders for the psyche & catapults that positive energy into the universe.

I read a great book this summer. It was an autobiography by a brilliant philosopher & brain surgeon. He was on a quest to find the meaning of life via a scientific & philosophical standpoint. In his early 30's as he was beginning to rise in his neurology career, he was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. He wrote the book as he battled cancer & one mantra he used to repeat to himself in times of weakness was "I can't go on; I will go on". This has stuck with me from the moment I read it & I repeat it daily. The next couple of days I'm going to have a lot of 'I can't go on' days. I will get my shit together & remember, 'I will go on'.
